Burton N. Pugach (April 20, – December 24, )[1] was a New Dynasty City-based lawyer who spent 14 years in prison for emplacing men to throw lye wellheeled the face of his badger girlfriend Linda Eleanor Riss (February 23, – January 22, ), whom he would later wedlock.
